QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

1. Company must be into real estate business for min 15 years.

2. Average Turnover for the past 5 Financial Years should be minimum 80 crores.

3. Consent Letter of Bank Guarantee of Minimum 3 crore.

4. At least 1 lakh sq ft of construction work must be completed in the last 5 (five) years.

5. At least 5 sanctioned and completed projects with OC (Occupancy Certificate).
